Maybe 495k cases? Italy is 60 million US 360. Italy just hit 75k confirmed. US is 3-5 weeks out from them so could be 495kish infected? prob more w/o isolation. Have to factor in age, extent of isolation per state, hospital staff/gear/allowing people to enter, and testing levels.
